10...fxe6 11.Bd3 Bxd3 12.Qxd3 hxg4 13.Nc3 c6 14.0-0-0 Nf6 15.e4 Kd7!? 16.Rhe1 Rh5 17.Bg5 Qe8 18.Ne2! Nh7 The defence is impressive.

19.exd5 exd5 20.Nf4 Qf7 21.Qg3? [Missing his chance with: 21.Nxh5 Qxh5 (21...Nxg5 22.hxg5 )22.Qf5+ Ke8 23.Re6 followed by Rde1.]
